General Regulations for Players

1. Initial Guidelines and Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By registering an account on The Classic Games, the user fully accepts the Terms of Use and Service Agreement, as well as the Privacy Policy.

1.2. The complete document containing all legal provisions and the Privacy Policy is available and can be accessed exclusively through the link: https://theclassic.games/news/termos-de-uso

1.3. These conduct rules operate complementarily and in full compliance with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy accepted at the time of account registration.

1.4. This regulation may be modified by the administration of The Classic Games at any time. In case of additions or changes to the guidelines, the community will be notified in advance.

1.5. It is strongly recommended that users avoid any atypical, suspicious behavior or any actions that may appear to violate, directly or indirectly, the established rules. Engaging in, encouraging, or assisting such conduct is expressly prohibited, and players must contact customer support immediately upon witnessing them. Failure to comply with this notice will subject those involved to the stipulated sanctions.

1.6. All irregularities detected by the Game Masters (GMs) team will undergo individual analysis and judgment.

2. Global Rules (Applicable to all servers)

2.1. Conduct and Behavior

2.1.1. It is strictly prohibited to promote any distinction, exclusion, restriction, or the use of language and terms intended to humiliate, insult, harm, defame, or spread hate towards other users or groups. This includes (but is not limited to) discrimination based on ethnic, political, religious, economic, geographical, social, cultural, sexist, homophobic issues, among others.

2.1.2. It is prohibited to disclose personal or sensitive data of other users with the intent to incite defamation or that may harm the privacy of third parties through the game.

2.1.3. Defamation or serious disrespect towards the administrative team (Staff) is strictly prohibited.

2.1.4. Sending repetitive messages (flood) in communication channels and public chats is prohibited.

2.1.5. Promoting other private servers or encouraging players to abandon the game is prohibited.

2.1.6. Names and Characters: Creating multiple characters and/or accounts solely to make names (nicks) unavailable or to sell them to the community is expressly prohibited, and this is an infraction subject to permanent ban. It is also prohibited to use special characters that hinder reading or the delivery of prizes, to simulate names of administration members, or to adopt nicks that violate the general conduct rules.

2.2. Automation, Hackers, and Exploiting Bugs

2.2.1. The use of any third-party programs, automation (bots, macros, auto-pots), or physical methods to bypass anti-AFK systems, automatic resource gathering, or monster hunting is strictly prohibited.

2.2.2. Any attempt to bypass the anti-cheat system will be considered hacking and will result in a permanent ban.

2.2.3. The abuse and exploitation of serious game bugs, whether publicly known or not by the team, is prohibited.

2.2.4. It is prohibited to improperly access another player's account for the removal or transfer of items (theft).

2.2.5. Software Exceptions: The use of software to store accounts (for quick login) and automatic combo software, restricted to simulating manual combos with the player's presence on the computer, is exclusively allowed.

2.2.6. It is prohibited to attempt to bypass the character limit per computer in instances, events, or maps that have such mechanical limitations.

2.2.7. Players who attempt to bypass, exploit, or circumvent the benefit intended for those using only one character will have all their accounts permanently banned.

2.3. Illegal Trade and Real Money (RMT)

2.3.1. The trade of accounts and characters, as well as the advertisement of sales, purchases, or exchanges, is expressly prohibited in in-game stores or public chats (an infraction subject to warning).

2.3.2. The sale, purchase, or exchange of accounts, credits (such as The Classic Coin, player panel credit, received upon making donations, used in the virtual store and marketplace), items, or resources for real money (PIX or similar methods) is prohibited, except when conducted through systems officially approved by the administration.

2.3.3. Players who offer illegal sales, purchases, or exchanges via any chat (including Discord) will be penalized with a mute in the game for a period of 5 days. Transactions completed outside official channels will result in a permanent ban.

2.3.4. Reward for Reporting: The player who reports illegal sales will receive all accounts linked to the offender. The report must be formalized within 24 hours of the occurrence, containing irrefutable evidence (chat history, recordings of the negotiation, video of the in-game delivery, and proof of payment).

    a) Transfer Condition: The confiscated accounts will be transferred to the reporter in the exact state they are in. If the account already has a prior ban for violating other server rules, the punishment will remain active. The reporting system does not serve as amnesty for past infractions, and the administration will not unblock or offer alternative accounts or characters as compensation.

2.3.5. Account Sharing: The player who voluntarily shares their account with third parties assumes all risks of any punishments resulting from actions taken on it. The administration analyzes the volume and pattern of accesses to differentiate sporadic sharing (e.g., occasional assistance in PvP events) from sharing intended for farming coins and resources for illegal trade (RMT), applying the severe sanctions corresponding to the latter conduct.

2.3.6. Illegitimate Transactions in the Marketplace: Conducting illegitimate, fraudulent, or simulated transactions in the official marketplace is expressly prohibited, characterized by the sale of accounts for manifestly exorbitant values incompatible with market reality, with the hidden objective of transferring or trading The Classic Coin outside official means. Upon identifying this irregularity, those involved will be subject to permanent ban from the entire network of The Classic Games servers, as well as the immediate retention and confiscation of all The Classic Coins transacted or held by the accounts.

2.4. Content Creators and Streamers

2.4.1. It is strictly prohibited to manipulate, commit fraud, or attempt to bypass the reward systems intended for streamers and content creators. Such infractions include, but are not limited to:

2.4.1.1. Broadcasting AFK (away from keyboard) content.

2.4.1.2. Maintaining multiple broadcasts (lives) open simultaneously to multiply rewards.

2.4.1.3. Using artificial methods to forge content, such as broadcasting pre-recorded videos (reruns), rebroadcasting past lives, or displaying third-party content.

2.4.1.4. Exploiting serious bugs in the reward system unknown to the team.

2.4.2. Accounts caught violating content creation regulations will be permanently banned from the servers and removed from the partner program.

2.5. Punishments and Application Guidelines

2.5.1. The applicable sanctions are divided into the following categories:

    a) Warning: The player will be formally notified within the game. Accumulating 3 active warnings will result in a permanent ban.

    b) Temporary Ban: Temporary suspension of account access. In case of recurrence in this category, the sanction will evolve to permanent.

    c) Permanent Ban: Definitive closure of the account and access to services.

2.5.2. Punishments are applied to the main character and, depending on the severity of the infraction, will extend to all accounts linked to the IP, The Classic ID, or HWID of the offender.

2.5.3. The administration does not send evidence or records of infractions to the punished player, aiming to ensure that all reports are kept in absolute confidentiality and anonymity.

2.5.4. Every period of 1 month, warnings are removed from the player's history.

2.6. Guidelines for Reporting

2.6.1. Only the main victim of the infraction has the legitimacy to open reports to support.

2.6.2. Attempts to flood the support system or create collective tickets to pressure the team will result in punishments for all members involved in the group.

2.6.3. The maximum period for submitting any report is 24 hours from the moment of occurrence. Reports formalized outside this period will not be considered.

2.6.4. For infractions occurring in events, it is mandatory to submit video proof containing at least 30 seconds before and 30 seconds after the infraction.

3. Specific Rules: Perfect World

3.1. General Guidelines (Perfect World)

3.1.1. The irregular use of the offline character system (e.g., deliberately overlapping characters to obstruct access to NPCs) is prohibited.

3.1.2. Altering the character's appearance to make it invisible or excessively thin is prohibited. The player's refusal to apply the aesthetic corrections required by the team will result in a permanent ban.

3.1.3. Transactions for The Classic Coins (TCC): The TCC item can be freely traded within the game and transferred to the player panel, allowing for financial withdrawal or use for purchases in the virtual store.

3.1.4. Excessive Automation: The use of "mirror" type software for following characters, interacting with NPCs, or replicating actions simultaneously on multiple accounts using only one action command is prohibited (this restriction does not apply to PvE combo mechanics).

3.1.5. The formation of alliances between distinct players or guilds during Competitive Events is formally prohibited.

3.2. The Classic PW 1.2.6

3.2.1. Clan Rules: To maintain eligibility for benefits in TCC, the clan cannot have active alliances registered in the diplomacy interface, nor can it have secondary clans (academies). Non-compliance will result in the suspension of rewards for two weeks.

3.2.2. BOT Reports (Command !bot): The video used as evidence for the report must have at least 3 uninterrupted minutes of duration; record at least 3 confirmation messages of the command sent to the suspect's private chat; display the visual verification element (ball) for at least 2 minutes; and contain 20 seconds of additional recording after the visual element disappears.

3.3. The Classic PW Dark Dawn

3.3.1. The use of the level 100 skill of the Priest class while the character is visually identified as peaceful (blue name) or located in safe zones is prohibited (an infraction subject to warning).

3.3.2. The use of the "Transposition" skill of the Arcane class (SK) to trap players in 3D objects in the scenery or exploit bugs in structures and World Bosses is prohibited.

3.3.3. Clans are required to respect the official division of Tiers in competitive events (World Boss, Dragons, Control Points, etc.). Disrespecting this division will result in a suspension of TCC earnings for a period of 2 weeks.

3.3.4. Guild League: The participating clan must remain active in the event until its conclusion. Manipulating the entry or exit time in the queue to avoid specific opponents is prohibited. Clans ranked in Tier 1 require the participation of 2 or more groups; Tier 2 clans require the participation of 1 or more groups.

3.4. The Classic PW 1.8.7

3.4.1. Clan Rules: To maintain eligibility for TCC benefits, the clan cannot have active alliances registered in the diplomacy interface, nor can it have secondary clans (academies). Non-compliance will result in the suspension of rewards for two weeks.

3.4.2. BOT Reports (Command !bot): The video used as evidence for the report must have at least 3 uninterrupted minutes of duration; record at least 3 confirmation messages of the command sent to the suspect's private chat; display the visual verification element (ball) for at least 2 minutes; and contain an additional 20 seconds of recording after the visual element disappears.

3.4.3. Skill Alteration: The use of third-party software that alters the normal functioning and mechanics of skills is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of external programs like "Skillsender" or software that manipulates the casting system (auto-complete) to "cut skills" and force the cancellation of animations.

4. Specific Rules: MU Online

4.1. General Guidelines (MU Online)

4.1.1. Progression and Anti-Game: Charging in-game values for allowing the progression of other players is prohibited. Similarly, the abusive use of automatic groups (PTs) to harm others is prohibited (for example, using the teleport skill of the SM class or the abusive use of summons in the Icarus and Stadium maps).

4.1.2. Command /estaai: The use of this command is restricted exclusively to players who are absent (AFK) in relevant hunting zones (spots). The use of multiple characters to abuse this verification system is prohibited, whether inside or outside of events.

4.2. Event Dynamics, Bosses, and PvP

4.2.1. Kill Event: Collusion between members of the same guild (helping each other or deliberately ignoring each other in combat) is strictly prohibited. Confirmation of this infraction will result in a ban from participating in events for a period of 1 week.

4.2.2. Command /offpvp: The use of this resource is prohibited in PvP event areas and during confrontations with special Bosses. The command is only allowed during common invasions of golden monsters.

4.2.3. Guild Restrictions: The use of multiple names (tags) linked to the same guild in the contest of the same Boss is prohibited; forming informal alliances in PvP zones; or deliberately assisting rival guilds. Players without guild affiliation may not coordinate with organized guilds without effective combat occurring between them.

4.2.4. Anti-Game Combat: Practices such as mass sending of trade requests (trade flood) to paralyze opponents; exploiting positioning bugs of Bosses to nullify their defenses; and deliberately fleeing in elimination events (like Battle Royale) solely to buy time are prohibited.

4.2.5. Monthly PvP Ranking: Manipulating kills (intentionally killing members of one's own guild or repeatedly killing inactive accounts) is strictly prohibited. Large-scale friendly fights require prior notification and explicit authorization from the administration at least 3 hours in advance.

4.3. The Classic MU Season 2

4.3.1. Beginner Server: An environment intended exclusively for initial progress. Accounts maintained solely for resource gathering (farming) or the entry of veteran characters equipped with high-level (end-game) items will result in permanent banning from this sub-server.

4.3.2. Veteran/Beginner Interaction: The participation of veteran players in events held on the Beginner Server is prohibited. Similarly, systematically pursuing beginners in PvE servers to hinder their progress is prohibited (the legitimate use of secondary accounts in the progression phase is allowed).

4.3.3. Treasure Island: Intentionally moving chests out of their original positions to manipulate control area dominance is prohibited.

4.3.4. PvP Arena: Characters are prohibited from accessing areas defined as inaccessible, obstructed, or hidden on the map.

4.3.5. Lorencia (Levels 1 to 15): Killing players during the countdown period for the Devil Square event is prohibited.

4.4. The Classic MU 97D

4.4.1. This server operates under the full observance of the General Guidelines of MU Online (Section 4.1) and the regulations of Event Dynamics, Bosses, and PvP (Section 4.2), having no exclusive rules of conduct or mechanics that exceed those already unified in this document.

5. Specific Rules: Lineage 2 (The Classic L2 Midnight)

5.1. General Guidelines (Lineage 2)

5.1.1. Progression: Charging in-game values or resources in exchange for permission for the progression of other players is prohibited. Pursuing beginner players with the direct intent to hinder their evolution constitutes an infraction (it is emphasized that secondary accounts belonging to veterans are not covered by this restriction).

5.1.2. Abuse of the Trade System: Initiating simultaneous commercial transactions with multiple players to provoke instabilities or failures in the system, inducing errors and the improper transfer of items is prohibited.

5.1.3. The scenario of active hostility between guilds is allowed and recognized as a structural and natural part of the game's dynamics.

5.2. Event Dynamics, Bosses, and PvP

5.2.1. Combat in Epic Boss: During disputes for Epic Bosses, if a guild/tag is completely eliminated (wipe), the remaining guilds in the area are obliged to engage in combat. The peaceful presence of multiple guilds in the objective area will be classified as an indication of a concealed alliance, subjecting all involved to analysis and subsequent punishment by the Staff.

5.2.2. PvP Ranking: The integrity of the ranking is the direct responsibility of the competitors. Repeated and intentional killing of members of one's own guild (kill farming) aimed at manipulating statistics is strictly prohibited. Any proven attempt at fraud will result in immediate disqualification.

5.2.3. Progressive Punishments for Anti-Game Conduct: Infractions related to anti-game practices during the dispute of Epic Bosses (including forming disguised alliances) will follow a strict and graduated schedule of suspensions:

    a) 1st Violation: Suspension from participating in Epic Boss for 1 day.

    b) 2nd Violation: Suspension from participating in Epic Boss for 3 days.

    c) 3rd Violation: Suspension from participating in Epic Boss for 5 days.

    d) 4th Violation: Suspension from participating in Epic Boss for 15 days.

    e) 5th Violation: Suspension from participating in Epic Boss for 30 days.

    f) 6th Violation: Permanent and irrevocable suspension from participating in Epic Boss.

(The server administration reserves the sovereign right to adjust and aggravate penalties according to the severity of the act, the history of recurrence, and the level of harmful impact caused to the integrity of the server).
