Streamers and Content Creators

Passive Rules for Permanent Bans

Manipulation, fraud, or any attempt to circumvent the reward systems intended for streamers and content creators is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • AFK (away from keyboard) content.
  • Keeping multiple live streams open simultaneously to multiply rewards.
  • Any artificial method of forging content, such as broadcasting pre-recorded videos (reruns), rebroadcasting past live streams, or displaying third-party content.
  • Abuse of serious bugs in the system unknown to the team.

Accounts caught circumventing these rules will be permanently banned from the server and the creator program.

Perfect World

General Rules of Perfect World

There are 3 types of punishments:

  • Warning: The player will be notified in-game. Upon accumulating 3 warnings, they will be permanently banned.
  • Temporary Ban: Up to 30 days. In case of recurrence, it becomes a permanent ban.
  • Permanently Ban: The account will be permanently closed, with no possibility of return.

Punishments are applied to the main character linked to the IP or HWID.

Depending on the case, punishments may be applied to all characters linked to the IP, The Classic ID, or HWID.

Passive Warning Rules

  • Trading accounts/characters in public stores or chats.
  • Flooding, defamation, or severe verbal abuse.
  • Offensive quotes about players' personal lives.
  • Irregular use of the offline character system (e.g., advertising in stores or overlapping characters to disrupt others).
  • Changing the character's appearance to make it invisible or excessively thin.

Passive Rules for Permanent Bans

  • Use of third-party programs not listed in the exceptions.
  • Attempts to circumvent the anti-cheat system.
  • Explicit discrimination characterized as a crime (racism, homophobia, or xenophobia).
  • Use of automation programs for collecting, farming, or hunting monsters.
  • Unauthorized access to another player's account with item removal (theft).
  • Severe disrespect towards the staff team.
  • Abuse of serious bugs unknown to the team.
  • Sale or purchase of resources for real money (exception made only for those who report).
  • Disclosure of private servers.
  • Refusal to apply appearance corrections required by the team.

Illegal Coin Sales

Players who report illegal sales will receive ALL accounts linked to the panel, IP, and HWID of the seller.

It is necessary to present: conversations, recordings, proof of payment, and in-game history of the coin delivery.

Reports are only accepted if made within 24 hours after the purchase. Evidence will be validated via remote access.

Exceptions

Only previously authorized software is allowed.

Allowed Software

1. Automatic combo software – only to simulate manual combos. Any additional automation that works without the player's presence on the PC is prohibited.

2. Software that allows storing accounts and logging in quickly.

The list may be updated at any time. Misuse may result in severe punishment or banning.

Terms of Use

  • Age rating for 18 years and older.
  • The administration has total freedom to analyze and judge each case as they see fit.
  • Very old reports may be summarily disregarded.

Rules of The Classic PW 1.2.6

Warnings

  • Announcing the sale of a character in-game through any means in the game.

Permanent Bans

  • Attempting to circumvent the character limit per PC in instances that have limitations (e.g., Primordial Vale) may result in the banning of the accounts used.

Clan Rules

Clans must follow the following guidelines to remain eligible for rewards and benefits:

  • The clan cannot have any active alliances in the diplomacy interface.
  • The clan cannot have secondary clans.
  • If any of these rules are violated, the clan will be punished with a suspension of receiving The Classic Coin for two weeks.

Policy for Reporting BOT Usage

For a BOT usage report to be accepted by the support team, the video submitted via ticket on Discord must meet the following requirements:

  • The video must show at least 3 messages received in private from the player who is reporting, confirming that the command !bot was sent to the suspected player.
  • The recording must have a minimum total duration of 3 minutes.
  • Of these 3 minutes, at least 2 minutes must show the ball (summoned by the item received after the report).
  • The video must also have at least 20 seconds of recording after the ball disappears.

Recording Recommendation:

  • The player reporting should start recording as soon as they receive the second or third automatic verification message from the anti-bot system after using the command !bot <nick>.
  • Do not stop the recording until at least 30 seconds after the ball disappears from the screen, to ensure that all duration requirements are met.

These requirements are fundamental, as during the video analysis, our team evaluates various possibilities, such as suspicious movement, use of macros, character behavior, and other situations.

Reports that do not meet all the above requirements will be automatically disregarded.

  • If the report results in the banning of the suspected player, the reporter will be rewarded with a quantity of The Classic Coins, proportional to the level of the character that was banned.

Excessive Automation

Excessive automation of actions using programs that can simulate functions available in the software commonly known as "mirror" is prohibited on the server. Examples of excessive automation:

  • Following a character with multiple accounts at the same time with just 1 action.
  • Interacting with an NPC with multiple accounts at the same time with just 1 action.
  • Replicating the actions of a main character on multiple accounts at the same time with just 1 action (does not apply to PvE combos).

AFK Automation

On the server, any type of automation that works without the player's presence on the computer is prohibited.

If a character performs two or more combined actions — for example, killing a monster and picking up a target, or killing a monster and collecting coins — without the player being present, and this action is automated, it will be considered BOT usage and will result in permanent banning.

Rules for Negotiations for The Classic Coins

Negotiating any item or resource for the currency The Classic Coin obtained in the game is allowed on any of our Perfect World servers.

That is, if there is a character in the game with the item called The Classic Coin, this item can be freely traded with other players.

It is worth noting that the item The Classic Coin in the game can be transferred to the player's panel, where it will be possible to withdraw for real money or use it to purchase any product in the virtual store of any server.
